Hotel Residence La Contessina Florence

We had a fantastic new year experience at this hotel. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and the train station. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags on our last day. the breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food. Another advantage was the beautiful and accessible property.

There were a few things that could be improved. the placement of electrical points behind the stove made it difficult to use both simultaneously.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence La Contessina. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with the train station and delicious restaurants nearby. The two-story room I stayed in was spacious and great for families. Though there were a few minor issues, such as a slightly smelly sink drain and slow wifi, the staff was quick to address them. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

I had a dream stay, with a centrally located hotel close to all the main attractions. The duplex room was spacious and convenient, with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. The hospitality was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items, and there was even a coffee place for a morning pick-me-up. the location and amenities made my stay in the city even more enjoyable.

I did find the Wi-Fi speed to be a bit slow, which made it difficult to do much more than check emails and do light browsing.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and caring, making our romantic escape even more special. the spacious room exceeded our expectations and the close proximity to the train station and popular landmarks was a major plus. Plus, we couldn't resist the adorable cat that greeted us every day!

Although the room was spacious, there was only one trash bin and we found sand on the sofa, which was a bit strange. Additionally, the lack of kitchen amenities and the additional fee for using the kitchen were a downside.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access when arriving or departing. It is also close to the center of town, allowing for easy exploration of all the famous spots in Florence. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay for the whole family.

The hotel lacks sufficient shelving in the bathroom for storage.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I have to say, I was impressed. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable considering its central location in a small street set back from the street. This made it a very strategic place to stay as it was in the center of the city, close to the main train station. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, even renting me an electronic adaptor. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and kept very clean, with fresh towels provided regularly. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a double and single bed on the upper level and a large bathroom on the lower level. And last but not least, the breakfast spread was amazing. There were so many delicious foods to choose from, it was a great way to start the day.

All was perfect during my stay, I couldn't fault anything.
